TRAINER! HERE ARE EXACT STEPS TO FOLLOW!
1. Have your TRAINEE make a Facebook post with the CAPTION and a NICE PERSONAL PHOTO
2. Have them TAG you, the TRAINER in the post and make the post PUBLIC!
3. Be sure to ask a question or comment back to anyone else who comments on the post whether that is you, the TRAINER or the TRAINEE
4. Have the TRAINEE create a group text with anyone that expresses interest and comments on the post or DMs them. The group text will include 3 people: the TRAINER, TRAINEE, and the INTERESTED PERSON. Have the TRAINEE use this script to create the group message: ▪️Hey Thanks for the interest in my post! My friend (TRAINER NAME) is the Owner & President, they can give you more information, because I'm still pretty new. (TRAINER NAME) can you help us as to the information of the positions available?
5. Message in the group chat and SET the appointment. Potential script you can use to respond: ▪️Hey! How are you doing?? It’s so great to be introduced to you! Our financial brokerage is growing and we’re definitely looking for great people! I would love to set a time to talk over Zoom Video Conference to go over exactly what we do and see if it would be a good fit. I have some time available tomorrow or Friday, what is your schedule like?
6. Once the appointment is set, ASK them the SHARE THE POST!
(For the Trainer) CHANGE YOUR FACEBOOK SETTINGS. Be sure to have your timeline and tagging changed to "Review all Posts"
