Have new representative download and log in to the Primerica App
The automated system should respond with a link to our licensing Specialists Calendar. Schedule the meeting.
After the meeting is scheduled, the automated system will send another link. This is the Orientation Prep Videos Link.
Be very direct about them watching the videos BEFORE the orientation with you. They will answer most of the questions that will come up during the orientation.
During the orientation you'll take the new representative through the client experience and then finish up with a fast start list.

It's important to use your Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to keep notes and reminders about all your clients.

Click on the CRM link at the top of the page

Click the search bar to find your client (If the client isn't already saved in your CRM, add them)
Click on the notes icon to input the following note:
If they are a personal contact or from training a new agent and who the trainee is
Any other important information and details you'd like to remember for follow-up meetings and calls

Click the 'Meeting' icon to add a CLIENT FOLLOW-UP REMINDER every 3 months!
You MUST have a follow-up plan to check in with your clients. It is the standard in OUR OFFICE for OUR AGENTS to contact their clients every 90 days to check-in. This will keep the relationship strong and allow you to close business with them later down the road.
